This was breakfast last weekend. It's a perfect example of the more simple the recipe the more important good ingredients are. Free Range Eggs from Whole foods and fresh baked French Bread, Sea Salt and Tri-Colored fresh ground pepper from Penzey's Spices. The coffee was fresh ground Kenyan coffee.   2. Shannon...thanks for bringing back a memory! I used to make these for my daughters and grandsons when they were young! We called them simply "Egg in a Frame":):) Must admit yours sound much more adult with Free Range Eggs, French Bread and Sea Salt!!! I think I used good ole white bread, supermarket eggs and salt and pepper!!!
